Stephanie Sefried

Stephanie Sefried- I have been working in insurance for a total of 22 years. I began my journey in the insurance industry with AAA as a multi-line service representative in Stockton and the North Bay Area. While at AAA I worked in special projects, member services, and Claims. My claims experience was focused primarily in the Auto line of the company with some Homeowners claims handling as well. Claims provided me with a very applicable knowledge of the industry that would serve me well as my career shifted to more to policy servicing.

Currently I serve as a Customer Service Representative for Big Valley Insurance Agency Lodi Office, where I have spent the last 8 years. I am fully licensed in Property and Casualty. I have the great fortune of also living where I work in the community of Lodi where I am raising my three children.

Insurance can often seem very overwhelming to people who are not in the industry. I enjoy the daily opportunity to help our customers understand the industry and how it applies to them in a way they can relate to. The family atmosphere at Big Valley Insurance allows us to understand and meet the insurance needs of our clients.
